Cancellation policy

These Filter Plan Terms apply when you add the H2OKitty Filter Plan to your order. They form part of our Terms of Service.

How the filter plan works

  • It's optional. The filter plan is never pre-selected. You only join if you tick it.
  • What you get: a 4-pack of replacement filters every 8 weeks (one fresh filter every 2 weeks), with free tracked shipping. Two Floors customers get two 4-packs per delivery, one for each fountain.
  • Price: $13.95 per 4-pack (one-time price $19.95). The price is shown before you join and at checkout.
  • When it starts: your first filter delivery is timed to arrive as the filters in your box run out: around week 8 for the Starter set and around week 16 for the Best Value and Two Floors sets.
  • It continues automatically until you cancel. There is no minimum term.

Billing

  • You're charged for each filter delivery shortly before it ships, on the card you used for your order.
  • We email you a reminder at least 7 days before every charge, with a one-click link to skip or cancel.
  • If the price ever changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before your next charge, and you can cancel before it applies.

Skip, pause or cancel

  • Log in to your account with the email you ordered with and go to your subscriptions, or use the link in any reminder email. You can also email hello@h2okitty.com.
  • Make changes at least 3 days before your next charge date for them to apply to that delivery.
  • Cancelling stops all future charges and deliveries straight away. There's no cancellation fee. We'll confirm every cancellation by email.
  • Deliveries that have already been charged aren't refunded, unless an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll email you and retry over the next 7 days. Please update your card in your account during that time. If the payment still hasn't gone through after 7 days, your filter plan is cancelled. Nothing further is owed.
